Together, they built the company with a mission to bring authentic, premium-quality Kerala agricultural products to national and international markets while maintaining trust, consistency, and export-grade standards.
Jaiby Venmmallotte John, the Founder & CEO, is an MBBS doctor whose passion for entrepreneurship and agriculture inspired the foundation of Javico. While pursuing her medical career, she identified the growing global demand for high-quality Kerala coconuts and agricultural products. Her vision, dedication, and long-term business outlook became the driving force behind the company’s identity and purpose.
Vikas Rajan, the Managing Director, played a major role in transforming this vision into reality. With his practical business approach, operational management skills, and strong involvement in sourcing, logistics, and execution, he established and strengthen the company’s day-to-day operations and growth structure.
Together, they complement each other as the two pillars of Javico — combining vision with execution, passion with strategy, and ambition with reliability.
